ArrowscapePrivacy Policy
Arrowscape is built to collect as little as possible. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and your game progress stays on your device. The only third party that handles data is the ad network that shows ads, and you stay in control of that.
1. Who we are
Arrowscape (the “app”) is published by GB Ventures s.r.o., Brno, Czech Republic, IČO 23119772 (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at studio@gbventures.cz.
2. Data that stays on your device
The app saves the following on your phone so you can pick up where you left off: levels and stars, coins and hints, items you bought in the shop, daily-challenge history, statistics, settings (sound, vibration, theme), and reminder preferences. We do not receive this data and cannot see it. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or choose Settings → Reset progress. Your phone’s own backup service (for example iCloud or Google backup) may include these files, under the rules of that service.
3. Ads
Arrowscape is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads are shown between levels, or when you choose to watch a rewarded ad for an extra life or hint. To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and use device information such as your advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location, device type, and ad interactions. Google’s own privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
- iPhone and iPad: before the first ad, the app asks for your permission to track you through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, you still get ads, but they are not personalised using tracking. The game works the same either way. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Europe, the UK and similar regions: a consent form from Google asks whether ads may use your data. You can reopen your choices at any time from Settings → Privacy choices in the app.
- Remove Ads: a one-time purchase removes the ads shown between levels. Rewarded ads that you choose to watch remain optional.
- You can also limit ad personalisation in your phone settings (iOS: Tracking; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
4. Purchases
Purchases (Remove Ads and coin packs) are handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. The app only stores on your device that a purchase was made, so the benefit can be applied. You can restore a previous Remove Ads purchase at any time with Settings → Restore Purchases.
5. Analytics and diagnostics
We may measure anonymous gameplay events (for example, that a level was completed or a hint was used) to find bugs and balance difficulty. These events do not include your name, email address, contacts, or precise location. If we add an analytics or crash-reporting service, it will only process this kind of technical, non-identifying information, and we will update this policy.
6. Notifications
If you allow it, Arrowscape can show reminders (for example a daily puzzle or a streak alert). These are local notifications scheduled on your device. We do not use a push-notification server and we do not receive your device’s notification token. You can turn reminders off in Settings or in your phone’s notification settings.
7. What we do not collect
- No name, email address, phone number, or account.
- No contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.
- No data is sold by us.
8. Children
Arrowscape is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at studio@gbventures.cz.
9. Your choices and rights
Because we hold no personal data about you ourselves, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law) you may have rights regarding data processed by our ad partner; you can use the in-app privacy choices, your device settings, or Google’s tools, and you can contact us at studio@gbventures.cz with any request and we will help or point you to the right place.

11. Security and retention
Game data lives in the app’s private storage on your device, protected by your phone’s operating system. We do not keep a copy on our servers.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and if the change is significant we will also tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
