ArrowscapeTerms of Service
These terms are the rules for playing Arrowscape. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The app
Arrowscape is a puzzle game published by GB Ventures s.r.o., Brno, Czech Republic, IČO 23119772 (“we”, “us”). We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from (Apple’s Standard EULA or Google Play’s terms also apply).
2. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or assets of the app, except where the law allows it.
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its content.
- Use cheats, modified apps, automated tools, or tamper with the app, its saved data, ads, or purchases.
- Use the app in any way that breaks the law.
3. Purchases
- Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It removes the ads shown between levels on your account. Rewarded ads that you choose to watch remain available. You can restore it on a new device with Settings → Restore Purchases, using the same Apple ID or Google account.
- Coin packs are consumable purchases of in-game coins. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used only inside Arrowscape. Coin packs are not restored, because they are used up.
- All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
- If you reset your progress, your coins, hints and unlocked items are erased and cannot be recovered. Your Remove Ads purchase is not affected and can be restored.
4. Ads
The app is supported by ads. See our Privacy Policy for how ads and your choices work. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
5. Ownership
The app, its design, puzzles, artwork, sounds, and the Arrowscape name belong to GB Ventures s.r.o. and its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not give you ownership of anything other than the licence above.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change, or stop offering features, levels, or the app itself. Some updates may be required to keep playing. The app is designed to work offline, but ads and purchases need an internet connection.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that saved progress can never be lost (for example if your device is lost, damaged, or you delete the app).
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change is significant, the app will ask you to accept the new version. Using the app after the update date means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which GB Ventures s.r.o. is established (the Czech Republic), without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without taking away any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
